Run No 148 is from Galashiels

Borders Area Hash House Harriers

Hi Everyone

The next BAH3 run will be at 7pm on Thursday 1st November, starting at the Swimming Pool in Galashiels.

The hare is Katrona ‘Alpha Female’. On Inn for food and beers afterwards: TBC, somewhere in Gala.

BAH3 runs are suitable for everyone from walkie-talkies to racing snakes. It’s a social, non-competitive run, usually with a bit of off-road muddy fun thrown in.

Bring torches (and spooky Halloween stuff!).

Cheers

Run No 147 is from Selkirk

Borders Area Hash House Harriers (BAH3)

The next r*n of the Borders Hash House harriers will be at 7pm on Thursday 4th October from Selkirk Market Square.

On Inn for food and beers afterwards is likely to be The Fleece. The hare is Anne ‘Heavenly Body’.

All welcome - hashing is a laid-back non-competitive social gentle run (though many walk rather than run) – an ideal way to get out and about. We’re usually out for 45-60 minutes and the trail (you follow a trail of dots of flour) is laid in such a way as to enable everyone to stay together – faster runners will do loops and longer sections, and come back to the main pack.

You’ll need a torch of some kind, and a change of clothes and footwear – we’ll be off-road for at least some of the trail.

Hope to see you there.

Cheers
